Description:
Responsibilities:
- Architectural concept, setup and maintenance of VT E reporting system and big data analysis for transparent and common decisions
- Actively consult and guide all Engineering units / Cost center owners / Projects to ensure an efficient and effective KPI Management
- Regular analysis of KPIs/data to identify systemic issues and root causes as basis for strategic improvements and regular tracking
- Continuous improvement and development of closed loop tool landscape in order to improve data quality and analysis capabilities in regard of seamless tool chain
- Maintain a strong collaboration with leading parties outside Engineering in all projects phases, e.g. HR, Controlling, Sales
- Be part of a proactive, reflective and collaborative team
