Description:

The successful candidate for this newly created role will capture critical data to improve marketing and sales performance. With the recent implementation of a CRM solution, the Data Analytics Specialist will organize data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness, resulting in improved insights for marketing, sales and customer service teams. This role is also key to creating a data-driven culture by establishing hurdle rates for marketing campaigns, measuring return-on-spend, and optimizing marketing performance in real-time. The Data Analytics Specialist will contribute to transforming marketing from a cost center into a revenue center of excellence with a focus on performance. The candidate will work from our Head Office in Vaughan, ON.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Post Secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related program.
  • 1-3 years experience as a Data Analytics Specialist.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting is an asset.
  • Experience in Fire, Life Safety and Security industry is an asset.
  • Solid understanding of site optimization, marketing automation and attribution
  • Experience and skills with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience and skills with Power BI (Microsoft) is an asset.
  • Strong problem solver.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Pays great attention to detail.
  • Must have strong technical and data proficiency.
  • Strong oral and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Must be highly motivated with strong work ethic and ability to collaborate and interact effectively with others.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and integration of CRM systems for marketing, ensuring seamless data flow synchronization of all data platforms to enhance customer insights and optimize marketing strategies
  • Collect, analyze, and derive actionable insights from marketing data from live and digital activities to drive strategic decision-making, next best actions and optimization efforts.
  • Deliver effective lead management analytics aimed at increasing lead conversion rates, enhancing pipeline development, and driving revenue growth through data-driven insights.
  • Develop and automate marketing analytics reporting and dashboards to enable cross-functional partners to make informed decisions, assess the effectiveness of campaigns and site content, summarize key findings and present actionable insights.
  • Define the ESD Buyer’s Journey, segment customers and develop targeted marketing strategies to maximize awareness, engagement and revenue, and improve customer satisfaction. Propose campaign strategies that reach goals.
  • Build predictive models and forecasts to identify future revenue opportunities and trends, adjusting marketing strategies based on market dynamics.
  • Convert market research into strategic recommendations generating actionable insights and strategic recommendations to achieve marketing goals.
