Data and Process Associate Analyst

Desired Skills & Experience / Pożądane umiejętności i doświadczenie:

  • Proven knowledge of Master data management/stewardship, experience in data analysis, profiling or data governance are advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data stewardship/management
  • University degree in Data/Business/Supply Chain or equivalent experience will be a strong asset
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Products especially MS Excel (vlookup, pivot table, basic experience with VBA)
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English are a must (min. B2 level)
  • Ability to work as a team member including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projects as well as work independently on assigned tasks
  • Can do attitude with ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
  • Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Strong analytical abilities with attention to details

Responsibilities / Obowiązki:

  • Focuses on all data domains rather than on one specific data domain
  • Provides moderately complex root cause analysis of existing master data gaps and formulate recommendations
  • Defines business terms and data quality rules while ensuring integrity and consistency
  • Analyzes master data quality issues and drives remediation plans to provide solutions with moderate complexity on data quality clean up efforts
  • Acts as a partner for market/cluster/regional/global team members to ensure that operations and processes are set up according to regional standards to ensure adherence to governance objectives
  • Recommends and implements continuous data process improvements and/or transformations to existing processes
  • Develops and documents regional processes and procedures
  • Works under supervision with moderate degree of independence when it comes to operational tasks
  • Focuses on all data domains rather than on one specific data domain
  • Maintains documentation related to data assets, including data dictionaries, data lineage, and metadata
  • Supports oversight of the lifecycle of data from its creation or acquisition to its retirement
  • Supports defining of data retention and archiving policies, ensuring that data is stored and managed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
