  • Install and configure database management systems (DBMS) and related tools.
  • Implement and maintain database security measures to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Create and manage database backups and implement disaster recovery plans.
  • Monitor database performance and optimize system resources.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular integrity checks.
  • Schedule and perform database maintenance tasks.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels to databases.
  • Identify and resolve database-related issues in collaboration with teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
