Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting activities pertaining to communications, ensuring in-depth insights are provided
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts across the business, both internally and externally, to comprehend current communication needs, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks and challenges
  • Develop detailed requirements that align with the Data Driven Organisation efforts
  • Formulate a structured matrix to guide communication development, considering customer context and employing a modular approach
  • Assist the wider Analysis Team in the Customer division by contributing to collective goals and initiatives, offering insights and support where necessary
