Microsoft’s CO+I team is seeking a Datacenter Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Cost management Campus Lead to provide services for Vienna site in Austria.

This role is a field-based role for the Vienna metro. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the field location. This role is not eligible for hybrid or remote work.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction management, Project Controls, Quantity Surveying or related field AND significant years of related experience
- Significant years of experience managing the estimating or commercials on a major construction portfolio
- Proven experience of the commercial management role in the procurement of GC contracts and other construction vendors
OTHER AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) full membership or equivalent
- Commercial knowledge of construction internationally
- Excellent communication skills, experience collaborating with all other areas of the datacenter program with an ability to think strategically and build the trust of our construction partners needed to agree very large construction contracts and final accounts
