Description:
Securitas Security Services Irl. are recruiting a Data Center Operational Training Lead for our prestigious client based in Dublin 15.
The DCOTL will be responsible for the standardization and alignment of training materials, exercises and drills to help create and promote a security first mindset across the EMEA/APAC DC Teams. Central to these efforts will be the standardization and delivery of training and onboarding programs regionally. The DCOTL will collaborate and partner with the DSPC teams to ensure all training deliverables are aligned with regional operational requirements.
SPECIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES INCLUDE:
Leading Security Training programs - preferably in a DC environment.
Experienced in Data Centre Security operations.
Ability to multitask and prioritize efforts across regions.
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and communications skills are required.
Strong organization and planning skills, ability to instruct and delegate works
Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.
Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft office suite.
Must have excellent presentation skills and strong business acumen.
Responsibilities:
Develops and delivers a standardized, clear and concise training program for the regions.
Work with internal and external partners as required to support data center physical security goals.
Oversees and supports site based operational training efforts to ensure delivery of a consistent training program.
Measures training effectiveness, leveraging established industry and educational best practices to drive operational training improvements.
Collaborate with site based teams to ensure operational training needs are addressed.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify training requirements.
Provide critical training analysis in order to influence the creation of new or improved training material.
Drive operational training requirements based on after action reviews and audit findings.
Collaborate with the DC-GSOC team to help drive regional operational alignment and standardization.
Supports impromptu training reviews as required.
Accountable for ensuring that all sites maintain an up to date master training matrix that encompasses all vendor and Meta training requirements.
Provide a monthly, quarterly and annual overview and detailed training reports to management.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
