We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Data Center Specialist to oversee the efficient and reliable operation of our data center facilities. The Data Center technician will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data center operations, excellent technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Data Center Operations: Monitor and manage day-to-day data center activities, including environmental controls, power distribution, cooling systems, and overall facility maintenance.
• Hardware Deployment and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage systems, network equipment, and other data center hardware.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in the data center environment. Implement proactive measures to prevent future problems.
• Data Center Security: Implement and maintain physical security measures to protect data center assets, including access controls, surveillance systems, and security protocols.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize monitoring tools to track data center performance and generate regular reports for management.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to data center incidents, assess the impact, and initiate appropriate actions to minimize downtime and service disruption.
