PUT YOUR EXPERTISE IN THE SPOTLIGHT

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Coordinator to manage a large volume of sales and revenue data from diverse ticketing system sources. The role involves collecting, integrating, and validating data into a standardized sales tracking system, ensuring accuracy, and meeting critical deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel and PowerBI skills, work effectively with minimal supervision, detect anomalies, and collaborate to rectify issues. This position requires publishing detailed sales and revenue reports for wide internal usage, demanding a keen eye for accuracy, focus, adaptability to changing scenarios, and active participation in the department’s ongoing evolution.

YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of four years of experience in data management, preferably in sales or revenue analytics or similar
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaininghigh standards of data quality
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to handle evolving tasks and exceptions in data coordination
  • Bilingualism in French and English required, knowledge of other languages an asset.
