Description
SAIC is seeking Data Dissemenators AI/ML Engineers at all levels of experience (Junior through Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree and five (5) years’ experience; Four (4) years’ additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• There may be positions available at all levels 0-20+ years experience

• Processes National Security Information on approved information systems.
• Ensures that data requested by the customer is transferred from system to system in a timely manner to support the customer’s mission.
• Ensures all government mandated requirements associated with data transfers are implemented and functional.
• Conducts analysis and collaborate with SMEs in the planning, design, development, and use of AI/ML electronic data processing systems for information storage, processing, presentation, manipulation, display, or reporting.AI/ML end products may be special use, customized, or commercial software.
• Analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares AI/ML operating instructions.
• Provides dissemination and integration of all available intelligence and information sources to present, distributes, and makes available information/environmental content that enables decision-making, target development, and situational awareness to include: 1. Data transmission ; Data visualization; Data access; and Data translation.
• Gathers feedback from intelligence consumers to determine if the requirements are being satisfied and revises intelligence requirements based on feedback received to identify issues, minimize information gaps, and mitigate capability shortfalls.
• Develops intelligence Measures of Performance (MOPs) and intelligence Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs)
