Data Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in SSIS, Pentaho, and other ETL tools is essential,
• previous proven experience in the role of Data Engineer or a similar position is necessary,
• strong SQL skills and familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases are required.
• experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and the development of ETL pipelines is necessary.
• excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail are crucial,
• Nice to have:
• familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics APIs,
• knowledge of the Hadoop stack, including Hive and Spark.

• create and implement ETL processes utilizing SSIS and Pentaho,
• collaborate with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to grasp data needs and devise appropriate solutions,
• develop database schemas, data structures, and processing systems,
• maintain optimal system performance through ongoing monitoring and tuning efforts,
• address and troubleshoot data-related issues promptly, ensuring consistently high levels of data accuracy,
• construct data pipelines within the Hadoop stack.
