Overview:
AVIAN is looking for a Junior Data Engineer in support of PMA 205. Position would be to support data management and predictive analytics necessary to implement digital driver trees. Individual would act as a data engineer providing the ability to define data structures, implement digital workflows, and utilize AI/ML techniques to enhance the ability to effectively, efficiently, and accurately manage drivers and metrics to enable data driven decisions using Performance to Plan.

Responsibilities:
The individual will support the driver tree systems engineer in establishing and maintaining the driver and metrics including:
- General maintenance,
- Defect correction,
- Capability upgrades to the driver tree, and
- Provide analytics.
Data model structures will be defined and implemented to enable the training and predictive analytics in the next section. Additionally, the individual will oversee the design and implementation of the required digital environment to facilitate analytics.
Predictive Analytics: The individual will design and implemented an AI/ML solution that enhances data driven decision making that are verified through predictive analytics. This will include the collection of driver and metric data overtime that will enable the training of necessary models and with any other available historic data. The performed analysis will provide leadership with any identified concerns along with mitigations and probability of success.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
- Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Experience in data analytics.
- Intro with SysML and CAMEO SW.
- Understanding of AI and ML tools.
