• Prepare timely and accurate progress reports for ongoing projects, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive work done reports, detailing the completed tasks, materials used, and any deviations from the initial plan.
• Support the engineering team in maintaining internal quality management documents, ensuring that project processes adhere to standards.
• Update and maintain monthly reports, including project status, and resource allocation, to provide a clear overview of project performance.
• Extract and analyse information from large structured and unstructured datasetsUndertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the engineering department.

At least a Bachelor’s degree in any of these faculties:

• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Programming & Systems Analysis
• Science (Computer Studies)
