Responsibilities:
- Design, implementation and optimization of data management infrastructure: database, data warehouse, data lake
- Ensure scalability, flexibility and maintainability of the data solutions
- Integrate data from various sources in target system
- Building and maintaining data pipelines to extract, transform and load data from various sources
- Design and implementation of data models to enable efficient data usage
- Support of the data governance
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of data pipelines
- Represent the team and our key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Mentoring team members
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to create insights
- Collaboration with Oerlikon business departments counterparts advising and supporting the design of data applications
