Description:

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field required, with a preference towards a master’s degree and/or relevant certifications.
2+ years of experience in information technology, preferably with data integration responsibilities. Basic understanding of data structures, databases, and SQL. Familiarity with integration technologies and tools (ETL tools, APIs, and scripting languages).
Proven experience with Azure cloud services for data storage, processing and analytics.
Proficient with ETL/ELT in Databricks, with Medallion architecture, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Delta Sharing & Delta Live Tables.
Experienced with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps on Databricks, Azure Data Factory & Azure Synpase.
Expertise in programming languages: SQL, Python, PySpark

Comfort with Agile Scrum delivery methodologies in a fast-paced environment using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.

The salary range for this position is $94,400 - $119,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Data Architects to understand data integration requirements and strategies. Assists in designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions that align with the organization’s objectives and architectural standards.
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participates in data mapping, transformation, and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data across different systems.
  • Assists in the identification and resolution of data integration issues, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and implementing corrective measures.
  • Contributes to the documentation of data integration processes, including system configurations, mappings, and transformations.
  • Supports testing activities related to data integration, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Stays up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to data integration and contributes ideas for process improvement and innovation
