ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is the country’s largest port operator and maritime employer. They are currently looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join their company on a temporary part-time position for a 6 month contract and paying $20 to $22/hr. In this role, you would be responsible for data entry and setting up employees in the payroll system in a timely manner. This role will be remote and. shifts run from 8 am to 4:30 pm. The ideal candidate will have data entry experience with impeccable attention to detail. These positions will go very quickly, so don’t hesitate, apply today!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in data entry is essential
- Excellent typing skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability in managing multiple projects
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent in Reading, Writing and Speaking English
Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Preparing and sorting documents ready for presentation
- Creating and maintaining logs for tracking purposes
- Reviewing discrepancies in data
- Advising supervisor of data issues
- Coordinating and working closely with the product development team and other cross-functional teams
- Other duties as assigned
