Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with computer software and data entry tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and databases.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Input and update data accurately and efficiently into computer systems and databases.
  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and performing quality checks.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files according to established procedures.
  • Retrieve and review data for completeness and accuracy, making corrections as needed.
  • Assist with data cleanup and data validation projects as assigned.
  • Follow data entry procedures and protocols to maintain data integrity and security.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate reports and summaries of data as requested by management.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and protect sensitive information.
