Description:
Humberview Volkswagen is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join their team in Etobicoke.
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for compiling and maintaining records by performing various administrative and accounting duties.
The Data Entry Clerk will support the Accounting team in assisting with simple data entry, licensing vehicles, inventory, and accounts receivable & payables.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- General accounting knowledge is required.
- Experience in an automotive environment is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of 180 and CDK software is considered an asset.
- The ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Simple data entry.
- Entry level accounting support, including entering accounts payable invoices.
- General administrative support.
- Assist with licensing and vehicle inventory.
- Assist with accounts receivable.
- Process accounting files for dealership’s departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
