Burlington Medical is thrilled to provide a great career opportunity for Order Entry Processor with one of the leading manufacturers and providers of radiation protection products.
Job Purpose:
The Order Entry Processor’s primary responsibility is to ensure that customers receive the proper products to the proper location in a timely manner and at the price quoted. The orderentry position is essential to the quality system and ensures that orders are complete and accurate prior to production. This position is highly detail oriented and requires the ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge.

Duties:

  • Enter all orders in ERP system according to ISO 9001-2000 work instructions and procedures.
  • Ensure that all documents are completed prior to order entry.
  • Contract review.
  • Document archive.
  • Run all pertinent reports.
  • Additional job functions as defined by management.
  • Answer telephone and take messages
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience in Microsoft Excel required
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible in a face-paced environment.
  • Well-organized structured approach to managing, prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a team as well as being self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Be highly detail oriented.
  • Ability to learn new products and procedures.
  • Demonstrate good work ethics.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong teamwork relationships.
  • Experience with product movement software, Excel and Word for windows.
  • Ability to work independently to carry out assignments to completion.
  • Good concentration skills to follow regiment of procedural checks.

Education:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree
