Description:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma required. Associate’s Degree and two years of experience in data entry and/or database management preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Documents and records all services related to the Cash Assistance programs through online databases, spreadsheets, and physical files and periodically review documentation for errors.
  2. Enters new client information into the Client Track database.
  3. Reports to work regularly and on time.
  4. All other duties as assigned.
    The Data Entry Specialist works as part of the Employment and Benefits Team to assist in data entry, mostly related to the implementation of the Refugee Cash Assistance program.
