SNC is seeking a Data Governance Administrator who is an expert in the areas of MDM and Data Governance solutions. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, business analysts and data analysts to implement data and technology initiatives and deliver solutions. Ideal candidates can balance an understanding of the underlying business drivers and technology solution expertise with stakeholder management, team leadership and communication.

• Document, formulate, communicate/present MDM and Data Governance as-is and to-be processes
• Coordinate with external software vendors on support issues, ticket management, monthly meetings, upgrades, etc
• Design and document Key Performance metrics around Data Governance
• Perform user management tasks in MDM and Data Governance tools (add, change, delete)
• Communicate technical concepts to business users one-on-one and in group settings Create presentations and proof of concepts to showcase capabilities around new solutions to MDM and Data Governance business problems
• Document/communicate Root Cause Analysis on system issues
• Work with the business to understand MDM and Data Governance use cases and write user stories for development
• Research/populate details and descriptions on core Alation objects (Curation) Coordinate data catalog curation activities amongst a large number of business users with varying technical capability
