WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience within data management and data governance from consultancy or internal implementation programs.
• Hands-on experience with the implementation of data concepts, including data domains, hierarchies, relationships, and stewardship.
• Proven and a track record of managing multidomain or cross-functional projects successfully.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to master data management, data privacy, compliance, GDPR, and data security are considered an advantage.
• Experience with master data management (MDM) tools and technologies and experience with ERP systems, migrations, and data analytics.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, PowerBI, or similar data analysis tools.

As a Data Governance Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in facilitating the deployment of a global data governance framework, designed around specific use cases to ensure relevance and impact. Your efforts will directly contribute to establishing and maintaining high data quality, ensuring consistency and compliance across our global organization. You will be an integral part of the Data Governance Center of Excellence (CoE), tasked with establishing a solid data organization and enforcing data governance standards, policies, and processes.
