Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently input data into various systems and databases.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Sort, organize, and file physical documents as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and other data-related materials.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of data requests.
  • Resolve data discrepancies or errors through careful investigation and analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong typing skills and familiarity with data entry equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
