Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input data into various systems and databases.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Sort, organize, and file physical documents as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and other data-related materials.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of data requests.
- Resolve data discrepancies or errors through careful investigation and analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong typing skills and familiarity with data entry equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
