At CCS Disability Action, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of data quality and integrity. We are looking for a savvy and proactive Data Integrity Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our data is accurate, relevant, reliable, and enables us to transform data into action.
The Data Integrity Coordinator will help coordinate, plan, define, and test improvements for data collection and verification. Additionally, they will create, modify, and enhance reports and analyse complex data. Whether you have previous experience in a service delivery organisation or are new to the not-for-profit sector, we will provide you with the resources and development you need to apply your knowledge and thrive in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams, both nationally and regionally to support and enhance data quality across the organisation.
- Regularly audit data sources, systems, and processes to identify potential aspects that are affecting data integrity.
- Play a key role in identifying, investigating, and resolving data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
- Develop reports based on key trends in data quality and integrity practices to turn into actionable insights.
