Description
SAIC is seeking Data Logging Analysts and Data Logging Leads at all levels of experience (Junior through Senior/Lead) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO) in Honolulu, HI. We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).
The Data Logging Analyst plans, develops, manages, and supports Multi INT Data Operations activities for furthering worldwide information requirements through the identification, aggregation, and dissemination of Army, DoD, Intelligence Community, and Mission Partner Multi INT reporting; Non-Governmental Organization products; unstructured and structured data from publicly available and commercially available databases/sources; and other sources as determined by the Government. Identifies any Multi INT products for dissemination and logging to appropriate unclassified and classified domains. Logs and disseminates Multi INT products and PAI across various computer networks that are relevant to U.S. Army and joint/interagency/coalition partners. Processes National Security Information on approved information systems.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Junior - Bachelors degree and two (2) years’ experience; Four (4) years’ additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Senior - Bachelors degree and five (5) years’ experience; Four (4) years’ additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Principal - Bachelors degree and nine (9) years’ experience; Four (4) years’ additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Senior Principal - Bachelors degree and fourteen (14) years’ experience; Four (4) years’ additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Chief - Bachelors degree and eighteen (18) years’ experience; Four (4) years’ additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance; US Citizenship required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Command or joint level experience for Senior or SME hires
  • Post graduate degree in associated field of study for Senior or SME hires

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that data requested by the customer is logged/transferred from system to system in a timely manner to support the customer’s mission.
  • Ensures all government mandated requirements associated with data logging are implemented and functional.
  • Assists the Information System Security Manager with approved data logging process and two-person integrity (TPI) policy execution for your area of responsibility.

  • Supports the gathering of feedback from intelligence consumers to determine if the requirements are being satisfied and revises intelligence requirements based on feedback received to identify issues, minimize information gaps, and mitigate capability shortfalls.
  • Supports the development of intelligence Measures of Performance (MOPs) and intelligence Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs).
  • Performs data logging analytics, predictive analytics and prescriptive analytics services to identify gaps in mission operation and assist with after action reviews.
