MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team for an exciting project involving the replacement of our in-house Security Master system with Markit EDM as a Managed Service. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the decommissioning of the existing Security Master and the successful implementation of the new solution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Requirements Gathering: Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements from stakeholders across various departments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and objectives.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams and solution architects to design an effective and efficient Security Master replacement solution using Markit EDM, considering both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Autonomy and Initiative: Demonstrate a high level of autonomy and initiative in driving the analysis and design process, proactively identifying potential issues and proposing innovative solutions.
• Documentation: Produce clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data mappings, to support the development and implementation of the new Security Master solution.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, effectively communicating project progress, gathering feedback, and managing expectations.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to define test scenarios, validate system functionality, and ensure that the implemented solution meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users during the transition to the new Security Master system, ensuring a smooth adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.
