Description:
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
- Undergraduate degree in business, data, risk or change management would be beneficial
- 3-5 years relevant experience in change management or data governance related roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (listening, documentation, and presentation skills) to synthesize research and recommendations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Proven track records in supporting / leading change management initiatives
- Proven skills in assessing and prioritizing based on business impact, need and risk factors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with creating insightful and actionable reports
- Comfortable in operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Knowledge of data management topics is and asset (e.g., governance, architecture, modelling, security, reference data, metadata, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Confluence, JIRA or data visualization tools (e.g Tableau, Power BI) is an asset
