Summary
We are looking for a Data Manager (f/m/d) for the “Obsolescence Management” department at the earliest possible date at the Taufkirchen site.
The “Obsolescence Management” department is responsible for ensuring the material availability (for production and maintenance) of the corresponding HENSOLDT products over the entire life cycle and supports national and international projects and customers.
Your Tasks
- Creation of obsolescence management plans
- Preparation of internal and external offers for Obsolescence Management (OM)
- Implementation of the obsolescence management plan and execution of obsolescence management for HENSOLDT products and test equipment over the entire product life cycle (development / production / service)
- Monitoring and analysis of material and product data, development of solutions or recommendations for material supply and coordination of the corresponding measures
- Representation and coordination of obsolescence topics in interdisciplinary and integrated product teams in a national and international environment
- Close cooperation with the program areas responsible for service and products, the product and project managers and the specialist departments
- Management of material relevant to OM in the warehouse organization
- Active risk management in your own area of responsibility as well as contributing to the risk management of the product and project teams
- Preparation and implementation of project-related internal and external obsolescence meetings and audits for national and international projects and customers
Willingness to travel on business is a prerequisite.
Your Profile
- Degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
- Experience in materials management, logistics or customer service advantageous
- Experience in obsolescence management and with obsolescence management tools advantageous
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, Access)
- Commitment and willingness to develop and implement new ideas and represent them in the respective product or project teams
- Proactive, structured and results-oriented way of working
- Ability to think in a network and recognize higher-level relationships
- Team orientation, but also assertiveness and initiative
- Requirements for Ü2 security clearance fulfilled
- Business fluent in German and English
