QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future OR (2) Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in document management systems and data migration projects
  • Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

  • Experience with IBM Filenet, Datacap hosted on AWS.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Assist in proposal development, as requested
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, data migration objectives, and success criteria.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing document management systems, workflows, and data structures.
  • Identify data sources, mappings, and dependencies to be migrated to new platforms.
  • Define data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Develop detailed business requirements documents, functional specifications, and data migration plans.
