DESCRIPTION:

About the role
Permanent part time position (16 hours per week)
The Data Officer plays a significant role in supporting the organisation to manager and present data. We are seeking a motivated person with strong skills and attention to detail to join our team. This role involves working within our data team and others in the organisation on a wide range of tasks which enable timely accurate data collection and utilisation. The position is actively involved in Family Planning Australia’s reporting, monitoring and evaluation activities which support provision of our clinical services, research, health promotion and education programs in Australia and the Pacific.
The Ethics Executive Officer plays a significant role in supporting the quality of Family Planning Australia’s research activities in Australia and the Pacific. We are seeking a well organised person with a passion for research to join our team. This position is responsible for providing a full range of timely, confidential executive and administrative support to the Family Planning Australia Ethics Committee. The role works with a range of stakeholders to ensure research projects are planned and implemented according to required standards and balance the risks and benefits to research participants.
