We are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate should have industry experience and the following qualities:

  • A good understanding of work methodologies and quality processes with attention to detail.
  • Capable of analysing data and turning it into information
  • Passionate about maintaining safety and ensuring quality.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • It is desirable for the candidate to hold a tertiary qualification or have equivalent experience in engineering or business management.

Responsibilities:

Our team based in Auckland is seeking a new Data and Operations Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with the Technical and Delivery Manager to analyse the achievement of performance metrics and identify any variances. Your responsibilities will also include: -

  • Analysing data recorded by delivery teams.
  • Ensuring that QA processes and methods are reviewed and updated as required.
  • Assisting with the reporting of Key Result Areas and Key Performance Measures.
  • Ensuring appropriate quality management processes and systems are in place for all activities.
  • Conducting quality audits on active and recently completed work.
