Job Title: Data Operations Manager
Salary: £33,300-£43,400
Location: Cambridge, Coventry, Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Permanent, Full time 35 hours per week

This role sits within the Business Operations team and, as a new position, there will be an opportunity to shape and evolve this role to meet business needs over time.

Responsibilities:

This crucial role is responsible for owning and developing data sources, including our CRM, ensuring engagement, quality assurance and the pursuit of data-led decision making. Working with a wide-range of stakeholders, you will underpin the achievement of strategic and financial objectives.

  • Lead Partnership for Education’s CRM development and management, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels (including Senior Leadership/Management and other teams from within the business).
  • Develop and execute an effective CRM strategy, supporting a high converting sales funnel and enhancing the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Through insight, inform on data-driven decision making
  • Provide steer on reporting requirements, furthering existing data analysis, and facilitating the collection of additional data to support impact metrics
