The Platform Solution Analyst has a passion for healthcare data and will thrive as a member of an experienced, high performing, and highly motivated team. This individual will possess a willingness to learn and an ability to adapt to the rapidly changing analytic and reporting needs of our system.
The ideal candidate has both strong analytical skills and communication skills, as well as experience working with the Epic platform and suite of data tools. Reporting to the Corporate Director of Platform, the platform analyst will be a member of a cross-functional team, having a dedicated focus on supporting the Epic Cogito development and platform teams. They must be a self-started, self-motivated individual that is adaptable, disciplined, and reliable with experience in project coordination notably with technical teams.
Work Location: Hybrid - Atlanta, GA: Mostly remote, but will need to be on-site on an as needed basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and an interest in healthcare and the use of data to make meaningful decisions.
  • 5-7 years of experience working with healthcare data (preferably Epic).
  • 5-7 years of experience working at a hospital or specialty care facility strongly preferred.
  • Extensive project coordination or project management experience (preferably with technical teams).
  • Epic Cogito Tools certifications or database experience is strongly preferred.
  • Relevant skills and experience may be substituted for job requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Stand-up and run processes to ensure strategic alignment and prioritization of work, cascading from the Director to managers, leads, and other contributors on the team.
  • Support the Director on project and team operations as well as meeting management (scheduling, agendas, minutes, action item tracking, follow-ups).
  • Participate in and lead small teams in organizing short projects and executing sets of tasks with clearly articulated objectives through waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Create a variety of communications and visualizations for operational status reports and dashboards.
  • Present materials in a variety of formats, provide recommendations, and effectively communicate needs and updates to non-analytic audiences.
