Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Hold a diploma of college studies (D.E.C.) in Computer Science Technology (Administrative Data Processing) or a diploma or an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority and have four (4) years of pertinent experience.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Conducting user account life cycle management including creating, provisioning, securing, reviewing, and revoking access.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud identity management
  • Technical knowledge of cloud computing environments such as Microsoft 365, Google, Azure, AWS, etc.
  • Deploy innovative compliance management and application security solutions.
  • Solid technical knowledge of authentication systems – Active Directory, Radius
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge
  • Able to act as a technical lead on projects related to principal responsibilities.
  • Solid technical knowledge of endpoint and cybersecurity
  • General knowledge of Windows Servers, SQL Servers, Exchange, and VMware
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends, when necessary
  • Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to travel to schools

Responsibilities:

  • Deployment, automation, maintenance, and management of mission-critical Cloud-based production systems to ensure availability, performance, and scalability
  • Support migration of on-premises assets to Cloud based IT solutions by applying expertise and knowledge to solution architecture that deliver an optimal client experience while minimizing risks
  • Support and monitor Sharepoint online, OneDrive, Teams, and Google apps for education
  • Schedule, perform, automate windows security and feature updates
  • Identify improvement opportunities and work with management to implement programs that enhance operations, client satisfaction, security, and overall usage of technology products and services
  • Proactively learn and train other staff members on new products and security technologies
  • Perform technical support functions via phone, remote connection, and deskside visits, as required.
  • Involved in cloud infrastructure procurement, planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting and servicing.
  • Other related tasks and duties.
