Let’s talk about this role

This position forms part of the Payments’ Team who are responsible for processing invoices ensuring effective, efficient, and accurate processing of data relating to NDIS Participant invoices, from receival to submission. This position has a sliding scale KPI component which allows you to settle in and learn the ropes before needing you to achieve 100%.

  • Process work allocated to you in time ascending order
  • Maintain a high level of data accuracy when entering NDIS participant and service provider details into platforms
  • Ensure Express and Main Claims’ emails are attended to and actioned in line with KPI requirements
  • Manage workflow to ensure that all activities are completed within applicable timeframes
  • Proactively collaborate with internal support and external stakeholders to ensure completion in a timely manner
  • Ensure timely attendance and ‘follow up’ of outstanding claims
  • Promptly report errors/ incidents to the Team Supervisor
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service and efficiency in processing
  • Ensure all processed claims are compliant with NDIS guidelines

  • You have an eye for detail and love working in a fast-paced environment
  • The thought of KPI’s doesn’t deter you, but instead excites you
  • You have some prior knowledge of NDIS guidelines or a willingness to learn
  • You have exceptional listening and communication skills in a high-volume work environment
  • You have the abilty to work autonomously and hit your targets
  • You have previous work history using Excel and CRM’s
  • You have experience in customer service, and a high standard of written and verbal communication skills
  • You have intermediate numeracy skill including concepts of pro-rata, percentage and rounding
