WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years of experience as Product Owner or similar relevant experience
  • Business acumen and experience in global, matrix organisations, ideally in the Telco industry
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of agile methodologies and ways of working
  • Ability to translate business needs to product solutions and to communicate requirements

and limitations of a use case.

  • Being comfortable to work in a fast-paced, complex international environment
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Experience in Telco and in AI/Generative AI products

Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

The Data Product Owner will be at the forefront of using Generative AI methods to extract valuable insights from extensive customer datasets. This will boost customer contentment and fuel strategic choices throughout CX Strategy & CVM. They will drive the delivery of data products and the advancement of data-informed decision-making processes. The individual will ensure projects are executed efficiently, meet stakeholder requirements, and align with the business’s strategic objectives. The role involves managing data product evolution and ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives.
The successful candidate will drive a culture of AI product delivery at speed and at scale, fostering trusted collaborations and clear communications with stakeholders in Group and the Local Markets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Supports senior Product Managers in gathering and documenting product requirements
  • Works closely with the senior Product Manager and Technical Leads to understand technical feasibility,

delivery and quality of the work and contributes to consensus-driven decision making amongst the whole team

  • Prioritises project tasks and resources, managing risks and changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Creates and refines user stories and acceptance criteria for the product development
  • Organises sprint planning sessions to help prioritize tasks
  • Ensures the product iterations are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Manages and prioritises multiple backlogs with key stakeholders as part of cross-functional agile teams
  • Refines our agile methodology based on results and local market feedback
  • Creates product documentation and communication packages for local markets and senior stakeholders
  • Contributes to C-Level presentations
