You will work within the Data Protection Function concerning all data protection activities and initiatives. You will report directly to the Data Protection Officer.

Your responsibilities within the data protection team will be as follows:

• Drafting/updating GDPR procedures and guidance notes
• Review and update agreements with appropriate data protection clauses
• Collecting management information for the production of data protection key risk indicators
• Developing generic and department-specific data protection trainings
• Providing support with the execution of the annual Data Protection Plan

• Providing support with data protection controlsAdvising Data Protection Champions in day-to-day activities related to data protection such as data protection clauses in contracts and agreements, privacy notices and update of their processing activities
