Description:

The post holder will be responsible for creating and producing a number of
data quality validation reports to support an improvement in data quality activity .
Post holder will work with operational staff to improve quality of data entered onto Trust administration systems, highlighting training issues to the Information/Trust IT Training team where necessary.
Post holder will support the review and investigation of all monthly data challenges received within the Trust to ensure targets are met.
Post holder will assist in the investigation and resolution of all confused/duplicate patient records.
Post holder will be responsible for ensuring all active patients have a valid NHS number attached to their electronic record.
Post holder will monitor and work to resolve all data quality issues logged on the Trust IT Support Works system.
As required the Post holder will support the production of monthly data quality and relevant KPI reports.
Post holder will ensure cross cover of service within department when colleagues are absent.
Post holder, when required will represent the department in attendance at appropriate meetings and facilitate at data quality presentations.
