THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Data Management Team as part of our financial services business in Dublin.
As part of the global expansion of the Maples Group’s financial services offering, our Dublin office opened its doors in 2008. As part of our Data Management Team you will be performing the below key duties:
REQUIREMENTS
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in finance or financial services
- The ideal candidate will have a university degree in finance or accounting
- Fund accounting or fund administration specific experience is preferred
- Experience with Investran and or Geneva is preferred
- Experience in relationship management and client service
- General technical and systems skills is an asset
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of project management framework
- Excellent time management, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills

Responsibilities:
The Data & Reporting Analyst is a varied and wide-ranging role. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Reporting directly to the Vice President, the successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day operational support of our institutional clients;
- The Senior Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of portfolio accounting and performance, as well as elements of process analysis and re-engineering;
- He/she will ensure that portfolio accounting data is maintained in relevant systems in a timely and accurate manner;
- Design and implement automated processes for accounting and reporting; assist in client on-boarding process for new clients; assist in gathering client requirements and reporting;
- Demonstrate keen awareness of industry and technology; and
- Work with internal and external parties to resolve issues and further develop bespoke client solutions
