As our new Data Science Leader, Asset Management and Performance Advisory, you’ll work with a team of highly skilled data specialists. You’ll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of international clients and develop a deep understanding of their challenges, to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future. You’ll drive value, connect assets to strategy and proactively respond to disruptive change.

Here are the key things you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop a high performing team of data scientists and data analysts
  • Contribute to winning work and building strong client relationships
  • Manage the efficient delivery of high impact projects that leverage data analytics, machine learning and AI
  • Design scalable solutions that solve data-intensive business problems efficiently and in a form that the business can use
  • Synthesize complex analytics-derived insights into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations
  • Working in a multi-disciplinary environment with specialists in machine learning, data analytics, and data engineering

What are we looking for from you?

You’ll have a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning to help shape the future. Alongside your experience in industry and consulting, you’ll also have:

  • Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field, such as computer science, data engineering, mathematics / or statistics.
  • Excellent knowledge of common use cases of advanced analytics, machine learning and AI.
  • Solid quantitative analytics and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Significant experience in delivery of projects that leverage advanced analytics, machine learning and AI.
  • Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base; organic business development responsibilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders and explain complex analytical concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a matrix organisation to deliver high quality solutions focused on the client outcome.
