REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in data mining, statistical methods, machine learning, and operations research.
• Strong knowledge of R, SQL, and Python; familiarity with Spark, Scala, Java, or C++ is a plus.
• Experience with Data Science tools (e.g., SAS EM, Alteryx, IBM Modeler, Knime).
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView, Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop).
• Analytical mindset with strong mathematical skills (e.g., statistics, algebra) and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; a graduate degree in Data Science or another quantitative field is preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and automate data collection from valuable data sources.
• Pre-process structured and unstructured data.
• Analyze large datasets to discover trends and patterns.
• Develop predictive models using machine-learning algorithms.
• Combine models through ensemble modeling techniques.
• Present data insights using advanced data visualization methods.
• Propose data-driven solutions and strategies to address business challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams.
