Job Description

You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Data Science and actively contribute to the success of the digital finance transformation at Syntegon.

• Developing of targeted data-driven solution with a focus on Finance and Controlling.
• Explore internal and external data sets to develop robust models and algorithms enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Visualization of data models into insightful reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain enterprise data generative AI chatbot solutions to meet evolving needs of our department.
• Coordinate and lead projects with regards to automation and process optimization or process mining (e. g. Power Automate, KNIME, Celonis).

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar.
• First experience in data modeling, algorithm development or data science.
• A deep understanding of data analytics and machine learning.
• Familiarity with financial concepts and metrics (e. g. financial statements or profit-and-loss-analysis) is a plus.
• Very good knowledge in MS Office, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Excellent knowledge of German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in working with KNIME or Celonis is a plus.
