We are seeking a candidate with a keen sense of natural curiosity who will play a crucial role in enhancing customer care and driving innovation through the application of machine learning and data science. In this position, you will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytics to develop products that significantly improve member experiences through digital and non-digital platforms.

  • Build machine learning and statistical predictive models and develop analytical approaches which form the foundation for driving patient engagement tactics aimed at improving medication adherence and patient experience.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to non-technical audiences, including experience creating communication materials (e.g., PowerPoint Decks, etc.)
  • Experience with healthcare or Pharma data, or the desire to be a data explorer
  • Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
  • Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur.
  • Write complex and efficient SQL code and leverage Exploratory Data Analysis techniques to develop insights from large datasets from multiple data sources.
  • Collaborate effectively with business, marketing, and other stakeholders across the organization.
  • Present recommendations to senior staff and internal clients

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and deep learning frameworks
  • Experience with deployment of machine learning and deep learning models in production
  • Experience with cloud based ML frameworks (either AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Proficiency with Python and SQL
  • Familiarity with Github and MLOps

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Causal ML modeling is a plus

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Prefer Master’s degree in a quantitative field
