Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and develop AI/ML algorithms and models to optimize media channel mix recommendations
- Research, design, and develop AI/ML algorithms and models to optimize budget spend recommendations within the digital marketing platform.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends that inform model development and improvement.
- Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess and transform data for model training and deployment.
- Implement and deploy production-ready AI/ML models, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate on model improvements based on feedback and real-world outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies, and integrate relevant innovations into our platform.
- Data Modeling by crafting and manage data models to guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and scalability across our systems.
Required Experience:

Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in developing AI/ML models for real-world applications, preferably in the digital marketing domain.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, with hands-on experience in libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data preprocessing techniques.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services for AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and metrics (e.g., CTR, ROI, ROAS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
