As a Data Specialist at HERD, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing data within our ERP and other software systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • College diploma or university degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Acumatica ERP is a plus.
    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm.
    Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain data in HERD’s ERP and other software systems.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement custom solutions.
  • Configure ERP software data to integrate seamlessly with other systems.
  • Work closely with third-party consultants for software upgrades and maintenance.
  • Provide helpdesk support and training to internal departments.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical data issues.
  • Adapt to varying job duties depending on project assignments.
