As a Data Specialist at HERD, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing data within our ERP and other software systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
- College diploma or university degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Acumatica ERP is a plus.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain data in HERD’s ERP and other software systems.
- Collaborate with developers to implement custom solutions.
- Configure ERP software data to integrate seamlessly with other systems.
- Work closely with third-party consultants for software upgrades and maintenance.
- Provide helpdesk support and training to internal departments.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical data issues.
- Adapt to varying job duties depending on project assignments.
