Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Data Support Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is an integral part of the Rectification Team, where you will be responsible for maintaining and updating payroll data, reviewing organisational structures, and ensuring the accuracy of calculations. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with HRMIS systems and understanding of the Holidays Act and Employment legislation would be advantageous. Responsibilities:

As a Data Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Rectification Team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing and updating various data sets to ensure accuracy in calculations and workflows. You will also maintain payroll data, ensuring its validity for system outputs. Additionally, you will perform other tasks as identified throughout the course of the HA Programme. Upholding professional ethics, confidentiality, and privacy is paramount in this role.
Review and update employee work profile hours to ensure accurate HA calculations
Maintain and update organisational structures to support online workflow delivery
Ensure validity and accuracy of system outputs from each Payroll system by maintaining and updating Payroll data as identified through the HA programme
Perform other activities as identified in support of the successful delivery of the HA Programme
Uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, privacy, and abide by the Te Whata Ora Code of Conduct
