The Library is seeking to fill an ongoing Coordinator, Data Systems (APS5) in the Data Governance and Management Section of the Digital Branch.
As the Coordinator, Data Systems you will undertake Library Management System activities to support business areas and enhance access to the National Library’s collections. As part of a small, dynamic team, your responsibilities will include:
- First point of contact for Library Management System enquiries and access requests
- Perform data management and remediation tasks, such as file loads, data reports and bulk updates.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of the Library Management System – identify bugs and enhancements, participate in system upgrade testing, and update documentation.
- Provide input into policies, procedures and workflows.
