JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team in Brussels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database administration, with a focus on performance tuning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in database administration
- Strong knowledge of database management systems, such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
- Experience with database performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with data security and access control best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with cloud-based databases is a plus

Responsibilities:
