What You’ll Do:
As a Database Analyst, you will spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of database structures essential for business applications. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain database structures to meet the needs of the organisation’s business applications.
• Analyse database performance to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and enhance query efficiency.
• Implement data migration strategies for seamless data transfer between different database systems.
• Develop and enforce data security measures to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorised access.
• Troubleshoot and debug database issues to ensure the stability and availability of database systems.
• Document database schemas, procedures, and configurations to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Stay abreast of the latest database technologies, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Recommend and implement data warehousing and data mining solutions to unlock insights from data.

Qualifications:

• To excel in this role, we’re seeking candidates with:
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Database Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of NoSQL database technologies like MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
• Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills for maintaining clear and concise database documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve project objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Romanian (native) and English.

Renumeration Package

• Salary range: 6,500 – 7,500 RON NET
• Full-time
