Description:

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS –

  • Must have worked in Datacenter to ensure servers/networks/appliance function efficiently.
  • Must have configured BMC Control-M scheduler job to execute on the first, last or specific workday of a specific calendar.
  • Experience in IBM TS3310 Tape library of magnetic tapes for data through verification, correction, labeling, and bar-coding. Should have created the tape library report using the computer’s hardware and software terminal.
  • Must have a knowledge on Veritas NetBackup 8.0 and in-depth knowledge of setting up new job policy, monitoring daily/weekly/monthly backup status, and fixing & recovering the backup job if jobs fails.
  • Should have worked in detecting critical systems alerts/applications alerts, resolve the issue within SLA and preparing the root cause analysis report.
  • CyberArk support experience. Hands-on experience for the application in daily operations and understand the CyberArk components for privilege accounts
  • Should have involved in commissioning/decommission of servers, network equipment and appliance, and followed as per ITIL process.
  • Hands on experience of BMC Remedy for incident, Problem, Service and Change management.
  • Knowledge of SolarWinds, Splunk, Account Keeper, JIRA, WebLogic.
  • Must have worked Windows Servers Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012, Windows 2003 and handled day-to-day first level trouble shooting support.
  • Hands-on experience in Unix basic commands to execute.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS –

  • Certifications and hands-on exposure with skillsets in relevant areas
  • Must have strong communication skills (Verbal and Written) and the ability to articulate task management, priorities, and issues, participate in customer visits, conference calls, and assisting with defining the scope of services tasks
  • Investigate and provide the RCA for the critical and secret application issues.
